Our Allergen-Check ELISA kits cover 14 legislated allergens, they are quantitative and detect food allergens in fresh, processed and heated food products, as well as from rinse waters and environmental swabs.
They are all based on a 60-minute (20:20:20) sandwich assay format and contain all the reagents required for extraction and detection.
The kits are easily automated for even greater workflow efficiency.
